Biography of Glenn Whipple
Glen earned his BA in Psychology and Masters in Business Administration from Kent State University in Ohio. He gained over twenty years of experience in Manufacturing Management, Human Resources, and Organization Development prior to beginning his consulting career. He is accredited from Human Synergistics, a leadership research firm, in Organization and Leadership Development, is a Master trainer for Edge Learning Institute, specializing in change management, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
In the area of performance improvement, Glen specializes in maximizing the effectiveness of the implementation process by creating synergistic improvement in the performance of leaders, teams, and individuals, by designing and facilitating planning and problem-solving sessions, and by helping individuals increasing their productivity during times of rapid change.
Glen is an Adjunct Faculty member at Kent State University teaching business courses and leads seminars on various topics for numerous professional groups. He is the co-author of How to Get your Money's Worth from your Consultant and has published several articles on the topics improving team effectiveness and how to create a high performance culture that drives improved business results.
